Cep and Potato over baked Char with Champagne Sauce. Autumn Vegetables

Roast of Reindeer with Chantarelle Sauce. Potato and Leek Gratin

Desserts

Apple Cake with Raisins and Cinnamon. Soft Vanilla Ice Cream

Parfait on Cloud Berries with Cloud Berry Sauce. Almond Flan
