for standing receptions


For cock-tail parties where the wines and cocktails need a gastronomical appeal we can offer our greatly appreciated buffet platters (a popular alternative also with catering). The buffet platters can be enhanced with Swedish and foreign cheeses.

Cured Salmon, Ceviche with Shrimps, lime and Chilli, Crayfish tails in Mayonnaise, Terrine of Shellfish with Trout Roe Sauce, Organic Swedish Blue Cheese

Compose your own plate with following dishes. Every choice weighs 60 grams and we suggest five dishes per plate.
