Salmon and Pike-perch Fricassee with a Dill and Blue Mussel Sauce

Roasted Farm Raised Chicken from Hagby Farm on a Bed with Mushrooms. Chervil Sauce

Veal Pattie à la Wallenberg with Peas and Sweetened Lingon Berries. Mashed Potatoes

 

Upon request, we can also serve a dessert, our Canonball or Vastruffles.

The Menus incl. Bread and Butter, Low Alcoholic Beer or Mineral Water, Coffee and a Bisquit
